11/6/2010 1:19:04 PM Here's a new image I did of the Horsehead and Flame nebulas this morning. I used the Explore Scientific 80mm APO with the AT 2" Field Flattener on the Canon XSi. The Explore Scientific was being guided by my 10" LX200 on the standard fork mount on a wedge. Guide Camera was the Meade DSI with the Meade 6.3 Focal Reducer on the 10" scope. This image consists of 37-7 minute light subs (ISO 800), 9 Darks (ISO 800), 75 Flat Frames (ISO 800) and 100 Bias Frames (ISO 800). Processed in Images Plus 3.80a.
