2/24/2011 5:44:24 AM Here's an Image I took on January 1, 2011 with the Explore Scientific 80mm APO with the Televue TRF 2008 Field Flattener/Reducer making it effectively F4.8 and a focal length of 385mm. Guided with the 10" Meade LX200 ACF at F6.3 with the Meade DSI camera and PHD. 35-2 minute subs, 15 darks, 100 flat frames and 100 bias frames. I did take shorter subs to tame the Trapezium but decided again putting in the work because of the satellite trails which are geo-sync satellites which proved impossible to remove from the finished product as well as in the pre-processing phase. Pre-Processed in Images Plus 3.82a, Post Processed in Photoshop CS3.
