6/7/2011 7:59:00 PM I was able to image the famous Whirlpool galaxy (M51) during our recent period of clear weather. As a bonus, supernova SN2011dh is still buring bright after several days - as annotated at the 4 o'clock position. The LRGB image is composed of a total of 5 hours of exposures.
