Here's this year's M16, the Eagle Nebula. Taken with the Meade LX200 10" scope with the Meade F6.3 Focal reducer and the QHY10 camera. 40-5 minute light frames, 20 Dark, Flat and bias frames. Taken in the wee hours of 6-4-11. registered, aligned and stacked in Maxim DL, post processing in Photoshop CS3

Thanks Jim. Nice to be back in the game - been 3 months since I last imaged - Pat
That is some fine detail, Patrick. I will be looking to maybe get one of these QHY cameras next year. Quality seems outstanding.

Thank you Mario. I use cooled cameras during the summer months and DSLR pretty much the rest of the year. So far, so good with the QHY10. - Pat
