Patrick Holland patrick@pcalliance.biz 6/26/2010 6:29:48 AM Here's a hyperstar image of the moon during the lunar eclipse. I didn't intend to image the event at all much less with hyperstar. I was imaging M51 with the orion skyglow filter when the event began. I was swept up in the moment and trained the 14" LX200 on the moon and snapped this image. It is a .001 second image with the Orion StarShoot Pro V2 with hyperstar. The Orion Skyglow imaging filter is in the imaging train as well. The moon was just about kissing the SW treeline when the image was taken at approximately 5:45AM on 6-26-10
